Would not recommend. Been waiting on my replacement couch for over 4 months, and now I have to wait longer so I have made it known to them and the result was that they r just gonna repossess my couch. I’m not late on my payment, it’s actually due today the same day they told me that my couch was set to be delivered to the store and now the date has again changed! It has been over four months and it’s excuse after excuse. Manager is rude when handling upset customers. Unprofessional and not worth losing every penny u have put in for this couch just to have them threaten to repossess it. All I wanted was a couch with no burn holes, the burn holes that were not disclosed.
I think they could use some training on how how to actually treat customers. Especially on time paying customers in this town that we live in. Jason is definitely not a personable store manager. He should be reevaluated before he runs that place in the ground just like Aarons.
Jason , the Manager there was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed ! Will highly recommend this location to all my friends !
They get their money every month. Whether I work out a weekly payment for the month or pay it all in one. The person who messages me is extremely rude. He talks to you like your stupid. He told me and I quote. "If you work at a job, which you claim is a substitute teacher. So you get paid for said job correct?" And that is just the cherry on top of the cake for me and my family. Because he has been rude more then this. This was just the thing to brake the camels back. Very unprofessional. Once I have these last few payments done l will never go back. I even know a few former employees that talk about how rude of a person Jason is.
Already made 2 payments was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago they rescheduled without letting us know here it is the end of businesses day and still nothing!!!!
