We’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 yrs. We’ve always been on time with our payments. Well this month we had a few bills pop up at once so we made a partial payment and asked if we could pay the rest Saturday when my paycheck went in they agreed, but told me they needed a card on file. I told them not to draw anything out till Saturday they agreed then overdrafted my account for $13 Aaron’s club they put the $13 back but left me with the charges. We won’t be buying anything else here.

Friendly staff. Eager to help. Had a situation and explained it to them, they went above and beyond to make sure my need was met. I walked out a very happy customer! Would recommend anyone to shop there!

I currently have a broken washer and the manager refused to make it right. I was not offered a loaner until my washer was fixed, I asked for one and his words were “you’re not getting another washer”. I’ve had to go to the laundry mat twice. I also asked for a credit for the days my washer was unusable since they wouldn’t let me have a loaner and he also said he was not giving me any credit. I asked them to come get the things I was renting and refund the rest of the month. He also said that was not happening. He said the maintenance man did not let him know that the washer was broken. The maintenance man called to inform someone at that store that our washer was broken before he left our house. The corporate maintenance man also let me know the washer was improperly installed and the reason it took so long to do a load of laundry was because the men who installed it didn’t have the water turned all the way on. The manager said it wasn’t his fault that he did not know. He is the one that took my initial complaint. I quote him “I didn’t ask for any attitude”. But I do believe I pay every month for a working washer, I didn’t ask for a broken washer. I am currently waiting to hear from the “local corporate office” and from the “contact us” section from the Aaron’s website.

When we initially place our order for our bedroom set there was a little confusion but the woman at the store was very nice and professional and quick to make her customer's happy. The delivery men were very polite and on time also. I have to say my husband and I really like Aaron's and plan on doing buisness with them from here on out. ☺
