I want everyone to know about the bad experience that I had with the Rent A Center in Dickson, TN so that hopefully I can stop the same thing from happening to anyone else. I ordered a new Sectional for my living room in December of 2025. The day it was delivered, the delivery crew damaged it. I spoke to the manager and they advised me that a replacement would be ordered and delivered when it arrived in their store. I said ok. It was supposed to be approximately 6 weeks. 2 months later I get a phone call from Michelle asking me if I ever received the replacement piece for my Sectional. I told her no. She advised me that it was never ordered. She ordered it and advised me that it was now back ordered. It does finally come in. We scheduled delivery for March 17th 2026. They never showed up only to find out that they were delayed on delivery because the delivery crew flooded another customer 's house setting up a washing machine. I have now missed an entire day of work for this. I try to be understanding and once again reschedule to April 2nd 2026 from 10AM to 12 PM. I never got a confirmation call so at 1030 I call and find out that I was not put on the schedule for delivery. I told Michelle that I wanted a credit applied to my account and they could keep the replacement. Michelle said she would call her district manager and see what she could do. 10 minutes later I get a call back to tell me that they couldn't do that and that I would just have to reschedule again. It will be another 2 weeks before I can take yet another day off. This will be 3 days of lost wages. I could have paid off half the sectional by now with the wages lost. This is ridiculous and terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!
The staff is awesome! Very friendly & professional! I highly recommend! Prices are affordable & furniture is great! The Manager, Michelle is great! She always goes above & beyond to help me with anything I may need! I really appreciate the staff at the Dickson location!

Love everything I get from them. The team is always great. Been with them for years and have never had any issues.
Zack has the best customer service. Going her for years. Paid all most all my stuff off, got sat back a little. Still talking to them keeping tabs. They call me and question why I'm not in there yet, I answer the phone so, clearly I'm coming to make my Payment. Gonna be the last item I pay off from here.
