Let's be real.. we only come here to get things when we are in a situation and need/want something sooo bad but we cant buy it all at once.. The Interest at these places is insane to say the least.. I was in a bad spot at the time when my washer broke so I upgraded and purchased a washer and dryer from here. They were both brand new. The washer started acting up so they swapped it out with an ugly crappy one. It took over two months for me to get my washer back. I called and asked for an update 4 times total. Each time they just said they didnt know anything about the situation, and they would call me back. They never called me back with an update, or communicated anything about the repair process with me. They finally called me after it took over 2 months to tell me they fixed my washer and they needed to setup a delivery time. We squared the delivery away. When they delivered the washer it had a decent dent in the front mind you the one i purchased was new. I could tell this was not the washer I originally had so I asked they guy some questions. He said straight up they couldn't figure out how to fix the one I bought so they were giving me a different "used unit"... at this point I just decided to take the dang thing instead of arguing, and hoped everything worked. It ended up working properly, and I just paid off the balance as i could afford it. I ended up paying close to 2k for the washer and dryer by the end of the contract. I uploaded a pic of the dent in the washer for you to see. You would think items costing 3-4 times their actual value would come with good service.. Well I can tell you from experience it doesnt. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFRER THE SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE...

It was an excellent experience Ryon Fisher customer service was amazing. I was in and out if store and my stove was delivered some day. I will Recommend my family and friends to go over there if they ever need anything

Sammy and Ryan are such great workers! Very helpful, respectful. Always willing to help out and solve any of our problems. The delivery driver they got though has some major attitude problems. Damaged my walls moving in the furniture. Always rude as well and honestly a bit clueless. Other than that always a great visit to the Dayton rent a center.

Wow! Ryan is a genuinely awesome man and veteran. When my auto pay didn't go through and myself having one life altering thing after another happening he assured me that I had no worries and to take care of my family and is allowing me to pray it off in full on my next pay day. I'm a veteran and get paid once s month. Ryan was a birding in disguise. Thank you again. Chris Davis and family

I became a customer at rent a center almost a year and a half ago . And since have had nothing great experiences with them. All staff is awesome especially PAUL he is great , and always willing to help in every situation. I recommend them to any and everyone.
