I brought my daughter here and needed a laptop for a college test...Met the nicest people, like they had known us for years. They did absolutely everything possible to help my daughter and it worked! Thank you to Brittany and Brandon at RAC for everything!

These guys are awesome! Great prices on great products. All he employees have great personalities and are awesome people. Brandon the manager is great about working with you if you happen to be late on a payment, as long as you communicate. I love these people and if i ever need anything I'll forever go through them.

This company and their manager in Crossville, TN (Brandon) and staff (Brittany) are wonderful to work with. I have medical issues which necessitated a power recliner for use while visiting Fairfield Glade Resort for a week. The resort does not have any recliners or chairs with ottomans and I need to elevate my feet for medical reasons, as well as sometimes sleep in a recliner when I can't breathe properly at night. Fairfield Glade suggested calling RAC and right from the first call it was clear they wanted our business and would help us out. Once we arrived in town we went to their center and the manager immediately got started on the paperwork and it was easily completed and we were on our way with the promise that they would deliver the recliner within the hour. They arrived, brought in the recliner and assembled it on site. It was brand new and is power with controls within easy reach and cupholders conveniently located on the armrests. This chair is so comfortable that we are planning to find one in our hometown when we get back after our vacation. We are also going to order one to rent when we travel to Michigan to make my stay there much more comfortable. We will definitely use you again for our vacation needs wherever we travel. I have been renting from them from years. The staff is great! My personal favorite is Brandon. He always makes sure I am purchasing the best products at the best price. Anytime I have talked to Brandon he is always extremely helpful, friendly, & makes you feel like he cares about his customers. Brandon needs a raise because his customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for the best customer service and the best prices with quality service ask for Brandon. You won’t be disappointed! He’s just an honest, nice, funny guy and sometimes I just pay a couple days late so he can call me and I get to talk to him.
