Horrible just horrible very rude and unprofessional will never rent from them again
I rent and paid off couple of items from Aaron's. I decided to get me a computer but this time they treating me badly. I was given a month no pay due to being a gold member Harley very good sells lady but the account employee was trying to turn things on me saying what I am trying to do. Nothing but get my account fixed like it was suppose to but try to make me the bad guy. Aarons please talk to ur employees on respect.
This place is an absolute mess to deal with. I got a few things when Allie was there and would have continued business had she stayed, but all the other employees are down right rude except Jeremy. I returned what I had due to the fact they don’t have good customer service. Their Dm is a joke
Can not stick to a schedule at all . Late delivering furniture. Late picking up the furniture. No phone calls ever. Will send people out to ask you to pay 3 days before due date but claim it’s your fault your due date changed . They will not admit their employees told you wrong and say all their employees follow all policies and wouldn’t mess up .Rude customer service . Wants it their way when they want . Couldn’t care less about their customers. All about the money and what they can do for theirselves and customer does not matter . Gave them 2 chances one in 2018 and one now . Hasn’t changed one bit . Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere like I did .
We had a washer & dryer, livingroom set and dining set scheduled for delivery on May 14. Called the first time to find out an ETA and were told between 3 - 7pm (store closes at 7pm). Told we'd receive a call when they were on their way. At 6:35pm, we called to find out if they were going to arrive on time. We were then told that "it was taking the guys 3 hours to drop a refrigerator". Then she said "it would be late tonight or early tomorrow morning". This really wasn't a good approach as nothing was said or done to make this right. Being very frustrated, we canceled the entire order. If you can't accommodate customers delivery dates/times, maybe think about hiring more movers. This was very off-putting as we are new to the area and just bought a home. On the flip side (and only positive), Carolyn, the sweet lady that helped us, was OUTSTANDING!!
