I have bought two sets of washer and dryers , a mattress set a double door stainless fridge , two large tvs , and a curved tv and have always been treated great . Rick is the absolute best . We have been customers for a many years and have bought many things from him and he has always done right by us. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get the things you need when you can’t go out and buy them straight out .

Never again. They show up to your house saying your 10 days past due when it isn't then threaten to call the police on you!! If your reading this stay away from rent a center. I had other items I had just made a payment on i returned everything and I will never go back..

Completely angry can’t believe I almost bought a tv for 1k from here well not anymore bc I was supposed to pick up a pc today and when I called to ask them if they still had it after I asked if I need to fill something out to hold it untill tomorrow on the 5 dollar deal day and he assured me it would be there today. Edit** and then he called back to ask if he could help out another way and I said no not sense I was lied to and he said well good to be honest we don’t want to work with someone with that kind of attitude. And funny thing is I was never rude or had an attitude untill the item I was supposed to pick up was gone.

Friendly service, help was right there, I was contacted immediately to make sure I was the one who made the purchase and no one scammed me or tried using my identity. It was easy, fast service thru the app, I made arrangements to pick up the game system the following Monday morning during business hrs because it was Saturday when I placed the order and they were closed in store near me.

My first time renting any household item and I am pleased to say the least! Staff have much courtesy with customers! My sofa arrived on time and we’re so kind when they arrived. Prices are AMAZING! Beautiful items!
