I don’t know that I have ever been treated so badly .. the gm at this store needs significant training on handling customer .. cancelled my order . Called corporate … I’ll take it all the way to the ceo. The guy doesn’t know who he was rude to but it may just bite him in the butt.

I had no idea Aaron’s was a rent-to-own store until I walked in, so that was a pleasant surprise! It’s actually a really cool setup, especially if you're not trying to drop a bunch of cash all at once. I was just browsing, but now I’m seriously considering going back to get a bed from them. They had some really nice furniture—there were a couple of couches I absolutely loved. The two ladies working there when I came in were incredibly nice and helpful without being pushy, which made the whole experience feel super relaxed. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to when I’m ready to furnish more of my space.

We were in a jam with a bad 2021 LG ThinQ fridge which had a catastrophic failure. Aarons saved our butts from having to shell out 2299 bucks for a new fridge out of the blue! Free delivery too. Thanks yall!

Called to ask about pricing of an item for cash price. The woman I spoke to on the phone talked in a sarcastic manner. The price for the item in question was more then doubled and she said well if it's that price then you should just go and buy it, dripping with sarcasm. I can understand using a leasing service and paying more because you're borrowing but to literally be more than double is kind of sad and predatory. The way in which I was talked to was very sarcastic/rude which I responded nicely but definitely will never be getting my business.

Terrible customer service. They do not honer the terms of their service plus protection plan. The stitching was coming coming undone on a chair . I requested someone to look at it. The driver came out and was rude and said they dont do repairs or replacement and that all i could do was return. The chair was 75% paid for. The manager mever returned my calls. I returned the item and was charged for the chair i didnt have 21 days later. They blamed it on the driver. I know that it is the sales manager or store managers responsibility to do so and it surely should have been noticed since they inventory and reconcile all merchandise in the store every monday.
