Everyone was very nice from the beginning, the 2 gentlemen that delivered my stuff, to me falling way behind on payments, and then just offering me a deal to pay it off.

Gotten a television and play station from this facility back on April 26th of 2025, we have been told we purchased 2 PS5's when we only purchased one. When we try getting assistance with the app, they just tell us it's down so we cannot look at our information they are hiding from us. They will not disclose any of our information to us to let us find out our current amount. This facility is full of scammers and dishonest employees. Whenever we call, we get Hubert, which just gives us a run around and lies to us. Would never have come to this facility if it was such a shitty company, WILL NOT recommend to anyone.

MONTHS ago I reached out to Katie the general manager about one of the employees of this store trying to enter a code into our door keypad and trying our door when my roommates were home, Katie refuses to acknowledge or take the complaint serious for months. I lost alot of messages due to getting a new phone but this has been an ongoing issue. This store is extremely unprofessional. They act however they want without fear of consequences because management here does not care either. Have been asking for the district managers number for so long with no reply. They love to reply about payment questions but when it comes to serious complaints about them they love trying to sweep it under the rug. Do not deal with this nightmare of a location, the company itself is not bad. I have dealt with wonderful locations this one is just a joke. If you don't want employees whispering things through your windows and trying to break into your house I highly recommend going with another company.
