If u don't set up auto pay when u make an agreement online you will be harassed by the time the store opens on the due date about your payment every time payment is due that day. I'm half way paid off. Never again will I deal. I have proof of threatening messages and recorded phone calls. For that reason auto pay will never be an option. If I didn't have so much money already invested I would have them come pick up their products. I always deal with Aaron's furniture anyways and now I know why. Customer service with this place is below par.

Waited on a set for almost 2 weeks just to call and be told the store manager canceled my order because I said it was too much weekly. What a disappointment. I was told that it could originally take up to 3 weeks and asked if I wanted to pick something in store. I told them I’d wait for the set! Well it came when it said online and another store pulled my order unfortunately. Employees playing on the phone etc. very unprofessional.

DON'T DO IT. Employees manipulate and don't honor first week incentives. If you are one second late on a payment, or maybe not late at all, they call non-stop all day. Sold used that was charged as new.. lied and insisted dryer was new. NOT WHEN THE THERE IS MELTED PLASTIC INSIDE OF THE DRUM. We've since had to repair it 3 times. Manager EXTREMELY rude and abrupt. Not a good experience. Definitely would not recommend dealing with these people. Actual real customer service is sketchy at best- but sad when district manager for this location says "customer service doesn't know what they're talking about". Also, DO NOT let them fool you into paying an extra $3+weekly for "protection plan ". It's a complete scam. You are not required to purchase at ALL. It's a rent-to-own- they are already required to repair/replace. Better yet, buy used elsewhere rather than give these crooks your money.

They are willing to understand and do everything they can to help you keep what you have when you get in a bind. The two gentlemen I have been dealing with TJ and Will did not make me feel embarrassed nor did they get ugly or sarcastic with me. This was my first time having to do a rent to own and I needed to do living room furniture and a TV. Unfortunately at the time I couldn’t do but one big item so I went with the furniture and went with the TV through Aaron’s. I am in the same situation now and asked Aaron’s to help me and to be understanding needless to say Terry with Aaron’s was rude, sarcastic and didn’t want to help anyone. My point RENT-A-CENTER is will to help and does care about their customers.

My local store was never contacted about my online order, so I did not receive my delivery when the text messages stated I would. . I had to call my local store myself to find out they knew nothing about a delivery for me and they told me that my furniture was located in a completely different state. Also, I was told at the local store that they would have to find similar items to the items I already made my first purchase on. This is so disappointing. There’s no communication between what happens with the online process and the local store process.
