I’ve been a customer for a while, and never really had an issue. Recently I called and the employees were very rude, as well as the manger. I’ve heard how they can be very rude, and unprofessional. However, this was my first time experiencing at hand. From what I see in the reviews, this is something that happens a lot. So something needs to be done about the employees customer service. & the manger was worse! As someone who is managing, he doesn’t lead a great example. Very rude, and very ratchet. I will never shop there again. And I will be sure to tell anyone I hear say they are shopping there, to avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately they can be very unprofessional. I was making my payment and afterwards I noticed that I was overcharged. I proceeded to call back to get an undersrand as to what happened. I had never had an issues up to this point. I was told I missed last week's payment and that I was due the next day. So I was just charged without my consent. This baffled me considering I was not due yet. The sales team leader just took it upon himself to take my payment for the next day. I informed him that he did not communicate with me regarding that, he just begain denying and then being passive with me. You can pull up the recording from the phone call, they are recorded. And because I had had no prior issues concerning my payments, I did not think to ask if I was being charged head of time. I informed him I did not want him to take back the payment, however I did feel as if what he did was not right and unprofessional. He continued to try to explain to me that he thought he told me. Why would you take an early payment without consen? He proceeded to say he'll take the payment off and refund it. I then reiterated what i previously told him, that I did not want him to take the payment off I just found it to be unprofessional. He again stated he would take the payment off. I say no sir I dont what that, I will just make different arrangements, so you have a good day. Then there was a click and dead air. Very unprofessional, and presumptuous. As I told him, my problem was never with the payment itself. It was the fact that it was taken presumptuously and without permission.

I was able to find the item I wanted, verify my identity, my income, create my account and pay all online on my lunch break….that was very nice.

Very nice upon getting an order started but very rude/poor customer service thereafter. Decided to terminate my agreement because of their disrespectful and rude demeanor.( Beware if you have elderly family- i requested for the items to be picked up tomorrow. Even after letting them know i was not home and agreed to have the items picked up tomorrow- they still had someone proceed to knock. I wasnt trying to keep things and even requested for them to retrieve it) They will be very nice upon placing an order- I think they work off of commission because of how angry and rude they get if your card doesn't go through at 10am on payment day. Things happen and I would have simply transfered funds or paid the amount to get me thru to the 1st then pay monthly. I would have kept the items with payment but because of their demeanor on the phone I've decided to terminate my agreement right away. I will say, the guy who delivers the items to your home was hardworking and respectful. Disappointed and shocked... things happen and they need to know you should respect ppl. I was nothing but respectful so there was no reason to speak that way.

I feel like they got me financially with the way my new purchase went but I really love my new sectional and fireplace TV stand. They are all nice people and ill continue to buy from there. I dont do autopay because they always try to draft it before my money is available in my account from my paycheck and they will call the day its due. They should wait until its late to call people. I never pay late.
