I don’t recommend doing business here. I haven’t even received the item yet, and I am completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this company and its employees. My rental was to arrive Saturday morning at 9. Got up and waited 3 hours. No delivery, took a nap thinking they might come later. Nope. I had to call them myself, just to find out the delivery driver called out so they wouldn’t be making my delivery. Let me know that themselves. That would’ve been the professional thing to do. So then I was told I would have to wait until November 18th for delivery that is the only time that will fit my schedule and I will be home. So we agreed for 6 PM Tuesday, November 18th. They didn’t even check my references until Tuesday. And it is no 6:30 on Tuesday and I still don’t have my rental and I still have not gotten another call from an employee or a manager about this. I will be requesting a refund through my credit card company because I don’t even wanna talk to these shady people at this location anymore. Update! See video!! Smh

Prices on their website are deceptive they give you a one lower price and then tell you that much higher price in the store and on top of that the products are at least $1000 if not more than if you just went to a retail store and bought it if you need to do rent to own go somewhere like errands or Rent-A-Center they are much better and more honest

I believe the young man was named Trevon great customer service. I believe he can become the next assistant manager. He handled all my questions well with a great attitude.
