Ava absolutely unprofessional hung the phone up before I could even finish asking the questions I needed too unprofessional and aggressive I should have read the reviews before I even tried with them. How do you approve someone set up payment plans and have contracts signed and then turn around and say because you live with someone else that you want them on the loan as well when your entire approval was based on you and you alone why in the world would I put someone else’s name on a loan when I’d be solely responsible for it. I have income and credit and everything else I needed to get approved online but because I live in a home with family they have to add someone else to the loan makes zero sense

Very rude and unprofessional, Dont ever do one of there online promos, They will give you the biggest run around of your life a try to get the most money out of you before getting anything. The manager an assistant manager will argue an hang the phone up in your face, The website they have says one thing but at the end of the day they are gonna try an charge you an arm an leg an be rude about it, Shout out Arron’s for helping me! They got the job done would recommend Arron’s in Spartanburg. Would leave a zero star if possible get it together rent a center.

Eva is by far the best person in the world!! Not only has she solved EVERY issue I have had! She has went above and beyond to make sure that I stay a happy customer!!

Terrible place. The entire staff is condescending and have obviously never been trained in customer service. These people should not be operating. The better business bureau should absolutely get involved. To anyone thinking this place is helpful when you need furniture you are very confused. Please do not waste your money or patience here unless you’re looking to pay to be treated like garbage.

The first phone call I received from a man in the store before closing was very informative and pleasant the next day the store manager named Eva called me, she needs to be instructed on how to talk to customers. She is very condescending and talks down to you like she is speaking to a child. Or like I don’t have common sense. I requested a refund because I can take my hard earned money somewhere else. She definitely made me feel like my service is not wanted in that store.
