Corey and team are great! You are greeted when you come in and left to look around while you make up your mind on your purchase. There's always friendly conversation and they never try to pull anything over on you. Very honest and kind people. I have leased five contracts with them so far and will continue to come back!

Personnel were prompt in serving me. Helpful in helping me select my furnishing from their store. And finally, even delivered my item the same day I went in the store. Im very happy with the entire experience I received & will make future purchases & highly recommend the store on Dorchester. Thanks Corey for having my item delivered today!

Corey has exceptional customer service. Jr knows how to talk to people. Bernard is the one you don't want to talk to. He is so sickening and will call you so much. He double charged my card for two months in advance and I am in monthly payments and my account was caught up. Only advice I can tell you is be careful leaving your card number at this places cause people will run your number without your permission. Overall service would have been better.

Corey and Will are the BEST!!! From selecting my furniture to delivering it they were phenomenal.... Definitely will be referring everyone to Buddy's. 5 STARS Isn't enough to describe the fantastic customer service I received.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. The delivery guys Corey and Juan gave excellent customer service. Those guys are very professional, they were respectful of my time. Buddy's has a long time customer in me!
