My experience with Rent a Center has been great. We are buying a dryer and the guy who is helping us has been very nice and professional.

My power was out for 3 days bc of a storm all my food ruined I had 3 kids to take care of a this was an unexpected expense. I told them I would be a few days late they continued to call and text an try to come get my stuff which isn’t right bc I wasn’t even a week behind. I literally had about 8 missed calls and about 10 text messages they have horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there an pray I can get the money to just buy a set an give them theirs back!

We love Nate and the team! He is very understanding & has excellent customer service skills! If you need anything at all I recommend purchasing from here. As long as you keep your bill paid up he will do anything he can to help you. I'll never purchase my furniture or appliances from anywhere other than rent a center 😁

Very knowledgeable staff and always excellent customer service! Nate is wonderful as well as his other team members we've worked with. We won't do our furniture shopping anywhere else!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have harassed me continuously! They call every week when my payment is due even if it’s paid up! I have even paid two weeks in advance & they have call the next week. & if you don’t answer they will come to your house & job! They came in my job & just started talking about my account in front of my customers & co worker. The manger alway sucks his teeth at you & is always rude! I’ve called corporate to complain but since there a privately owned businesses all they could do is send a message to the owner & have him call me back! But has not called me yet & that was weeks ago. Soooo not worth the headache. Aaron’s is so much better & you pay less. Rent a center try’s to get you with that rent to new program but you also end up paying 2000 more then what it’s worth. I wrote this a few days ago. But listen to this now I’m pregnant & had an doctors appointment today told the man that I would be able to let him come until Wednesday . & he came today which is Monday. Is this not harassment??
