I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Aaron’s. I ordered my new Brynn furniture set online, and everything seemed fine until the verification call. The associate who called me chose the wrong answer on my behalf, and my entire order was cancelled. When I went into the store to reorder, I was told the furniture was now sold out — and then talked into getting a “like new” used set for only a $10 difference. I agreed because I was told it would be cleaned and in great condition. Fast forward to the Tuesday before Thanksgiving: the furniture was delivered, and not even an hour later I called the store because it was obvious it had never been cleaned. No one returned my call. I had to contact corporate before anyone at the store bothered to reach out, and that wasn’t until two days later — which also happened to be the day of surgery for my family member. After Thanksgiving and surgery, I finally had time to clean my home and give the furniture a real look. That’s when I noticed the cord on my couch is literally taped together. Taped. And based on the damage, it looks like the previous owner had an animal. There is absolutely no way this furniture is worth what they’re charging, especially with hidden issues like this. At this point, it feels like Aaron’s just wanted my money, because the lack of care, communication, and honesty is ridiculous. This whole experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Also have a video of my couch being dirty !! Won’t allow me to post it

They talk you in to getting extra package so if you lose your job your covered. But when you lose your job they give you bs and don't stand behind what they till you in the beginning. Scam
