I just had a terrible experience with them. I've paid all my payments on time every month. They said they would give me until the 30th to pay this month's payment, but I got a low balance alert from my bank today. I checked my account only to find that Buddy's had processed the payment today instead of the agreed upon date. I called and spoke with Lani and she lied and said she needed to update my info when I was on the phone with her last and I told her I had to hurry and get off the phone and couldn't update and so she couldn't postpone the payment. She's lying! I never said I had to get off the phone and the only info she asked me for was my bank card info because they had lost it in their recent move (which I gave her). I will never do business with them again again believe me when I say I will be returning their furniture! Do waste your money with these guys! Go with someone honest and loyal to their customers!

They suck....I bought four different things from them and not one time did they have the same manger or employees. They are very unprofessional and I will take my business and money to somewhere else 👿😠

This is the worst Place to try and rent from, I went into the branch and filled out the application form over two weeks ago and the salesmen told me that my order should be in the store in about a week, so here it is now two weeks later I called the branch to get a delivery date and they told me that the items I order isn't in stock and they wont be able to place a order for me until next month. If you really need your home furnished I suggest you going some where else. Buddy's is very unprofessional and has lack of communication. BAD BUSINESS

New management attitude is not good Folly Road .if he thinks you're getting smart with him or if he doesn't like what you say , he comes and their merchandise.SMH .I've bought one cash .what u should've done in the first place .
