The purpose of this review is to inform you of your employee who works at the Rent A Center at 2449 Charleston Hwy Cayce she was extraordinary nice , professional, kind and she knew her job very well .My mother and I went there on Tuesday April 22 and purchase LG washer and dryer. Just to inform that you have a great employee repesenting your company. I hope that this review would encourage you to honor her. Unfortunately we visit the rent a center at 2325 Augusta. Rd West Columbia the day before and she very unpleasant thats what made us try the one in Cayce and we are very happy we did. THANK YOU
Store manager sets the tone for a lot. Had a situation after my partner of 20 yrs tragically passed. Answered my phone and explained my situation. So I thought. She sent her amazing guys to run me has if I was even a week late. Hell on NYE I believe day 2 of being late and spoke w her that same day. They came everyday, even after I called and spoke w Elaine the DM. Other then that. Staff is amazing. I have had great experiences w RAC. So I do understand management changes. But to not have a heart or even follow company protocol is insane. Seemed very personal but I don't know that woman, so I'll just pray for her. Bc she could never know the pain I was dealing w. I wouldn't wish it on her either. Pls just be better next time. My kids dad just passed and you coming to get their mattress that was delivered to them before and after his death. No compassion. But God deal w these type of ppl best. Thank you all for being an option for families like mine. I do appreciate you all.
I have been harassed and my account was discussed with another person who I did not authorize to speak on my behalf. Now they are harassing me with the police and scaring my children. They also are harassing me at work and I almost lost my job because of the constant calls
Khadijah was wonderful. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we were shopping for and set up our payment plan to suit our needs.
98% of the time you get great customer service. The manger Phil and the young African American guy are excellent. I'm disable and my husband got in an accident. They offered to come out and help me with him. You don't get treated like that every day. Outstanding !!!
