Watson Barn Rentals

We had a great experience dealing with Watson Barn Rentals. We bought a 8x12 classic wood garden shed. Just what we needed! The whole process was very easy. And the installation was very professional and quick. Definitely will be returning when we decide to buy our garage. Thanks again!

There were some issues with my install. ...MYSTERY... DURING ROOF INSTALL ... I heard 4-5 loud bangs against the side of my trailer figured all was ok as the superviser was out there so i didnt go check. Upon inspection later that night i noticed the J channel along a "certain area" under the roof had been pulled out. I thought this was an effort to try and deceive me into thinking the gap between roof and shed was as ordered. Upon speaking with joe he doesnt "recall" any bangs nor "seeing" the workers modify my strucrure. Maybe im wrong or maybe... When payment was made i did not insp3ct the shed as i thought "well the supervisor is here it should be right!" It wasnt till we were enjoying our celebration pizza under the shed later that night when my wife started "noticing" things then we took action. The following pictures speak for themselves. I will not recommend nor return as a customer due to my mysterious and flawed install. Also be sure to check and triple check any work done before payment is made. Update... Joe s did come out monday and address the roof gap and end of roof overhang. 2 24 26 noticed some damage to the roof when joe was up there "fixing" the overhang he damaged 3 panels near the edge of the roof also noticed the cap was not installed against the wall as it should have been allowing a larger amount of water to slip through than if it were tight against the wall. There were other issues such as the initial installation they had one end set correctly and the other a foot away from the trailer. I had them to stop until it could be moved correctly back and even then it is not square, as the picture shows. So many problems ive had to deal with its unreal. Spoke to timothy and said considering all ive been through with this and the damage to my shed and trailer i wanted a partial refund. He refused stating the company is a corporation out of texas and he is a director of operations. Im just a retired worn out grandpa surely they could have compensated me for this nightmare purchase!

Very impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and installation of our shed. All staff from beginning to end was great to work with and Enos delivered our shed and was very knowledgeable and precise and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a shed.

From the initial contact until the final block being laid under our new building, we found all our experiences to be genuine and rewarding. We had some challenges with scheduling on our end but all the personnel were courteous and understanding being very flexible and accommodating to our challenges. We took deliver of our new building today. It required our installer, Enos, to remove an existing building before he could set up our new building. Every detail was performed with professionalism and consideration of our building installation. Susanna was our official contact person. She was always courteous and gracious during our contacts in person and on the phone. Again, the level of professionalism and courtesy to my wife and me was far above most other customer service reps one encounters in the business world today. My wife and I highly recommend these folks at Watson Barn Rentals for all your exterior building needs. It is our pleasure to rate these folks as "excellent". Thank you for your kind, thoughtful, pleasant, personable, attentive, and gracious service afforded us during our building project.

I couldn't be happier with the product or the service. The entire staff provided us with 5 Star care. The delivery was to handled with the utmost care and perfection. I strongly recommend this company.
