Stephanie was so thorough and fantastic. There is a learning curve to purchasing a shed. The site prep responsibilities for where it’s going to be placed is all on the consumer. I wish that shed 365 involved a site visit just to give me some feedback where we were putting it. We didn’t know the shed would be a full 2 feet off the ground on the backside because of the slope. It all looked level to the naked eye, but when it was actually installed, it’s lifted up quite a bit. I bought the required brick that were on the website for gravel. But I needed to go take a quick run to Lowe’s to purchase more bricks for the installer otherwise he would’ve needed to return for a $300 leveling fee. We have to get a skirt around the backside and built a could steps to reach the side door. But the shed is fantastic. Very high-quality looks indestructible. Totally satisfied. Installer Steven was wonderful. Very thorough. The design is very easy to use.

Stephanie is one of the most professional sales/owners I've worked with since moving to the area. Needless to say I'm sure you all the know the lack of follow-up, and customer support in the area. She was refreshing to work with... Always available, and she was quick and detailed with her responses. My wife and I were very happy with the process, as well as the end result. Also, the delivery driver was a pro. Our install was not the easiest process. The guy knock it out quick and clean. Great Job!!

I had placed an order for a new building, yesterday, with Stephanie. She was MORE than accommodating in answering questions, showing me options, sending pictures, and completing all of my paperwork so quickly. She reached out to Steven to see if he could deliver this week, and not only did he make time to deliver our new building; he had it here in less than 24 hrs after ordering!! He was so kind, and very meticulous is getting it set exactly where we wanted it. They're both wonderful to work with.

I have been wanting a shed for some time and looked at several different places but no one made me feel as comfortable as Stephanie! I seen her advertising and messaged her privately one evening after business hours and she responded immediately with the exact info I asked for! The next day we went by just go “look” and ended up buying one! Stephanie was very helpful and not pressuring at all. Everywhere else I looked said if we ordered a custom shed it would be 6-8 weeks before it was done but we had ours in 2 weeks! I would highly recommend Stephanie!
