Customer reviews
Everything concerning our shed has been a wonderful experience. Beginning with the help we received from Mike, in ordering the shed. His experience, helped us tremendously in our decision making. The men who came to build the base that our shed will sit, did a great job. When the shed was delivered, the drivers experience was evident in the safe and careful way he transported it. We definitely recommend NuHaus Outdoors.
NuHaus met all of our expectations! Met Mike at their Mt. Hope location. He walked us through the selection process and advised us of what extra add-ons we might need. Promised delivery in 6-8 weeks was met. They did the tear down of the old shed and added a gravel pad the same day. Installers of the new pad did a great job. Didn't realize how sloped the yard is. Some expected wear and tear on the lawn. Three days later the new shed was installed and lined up exactly as we wanted. They missed adding vents originally but fixed their oversight in two days. All in all, a very positive experience.
We recently purchased a very sizable outdoor unit from NuHaus Outdoor. Quite an investment for our new home. The entire experience was refreshing. From our sales expert Jimmy to the drivers, finance people and on-site crew everyone was professional, friendly and understanding of our needs for this building. What could have been a stressful situation became an enjoyable one. Most important, the quality of the shed and the end result of the appearance of the building on our site was impressive. We have a beautiful building on a great location and a great buying experience in the process. We HIGHLY recommend NuHaus of Millersburg for your outbuilding needs. 5 stars!!!! Bob and Laura Allen
NuHaus Outdoors was our preferred choice to construct our shed. Their entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all information and answer questions about their custom buildings. They are reliable, punctual, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Also, to mention their work ethic preformed on site was Superior!😊 We are very pleased with our building and would highly recommend NuHaus for your outdoor structures
The entire team at NuHaus Outdoors was professional , courteous , and flexible. This company is the definition of customer care. They designed the custom layout I needed and were communicative through out the process.I highly recommend them. I don't know if it is a typical timeline but on the day of install it was 30 minutes from arrival to departure. They were quick and courteous, the driver talked with me and looked over the layout and installed the shed all in 30 minutes.
It was an absolute pleasure working with NuHaus Outdoor. Roy Keim, Caleb Wilson and a host of others made the entire experience one of the best purchases I've made in the history of our business. Their crew showed up at the crack of dawn with great equipment, sturdy professionalism, the best crew ever and with everything they needed to complete the 14X24 shed with a 6X24 porch in the same day (also included attic!). It was incredibly impressive to see the well-coordinated speed of their work and the end product was exceptional. Deeply grateful to Roy, Caleb and all the staff at NuHaus Outdoors for the outstanding product and customer service they have provided. Though I asked for a lot of design documents and details, they were always on top of the situation and had the utmost courtesy. My deep thanks! I've attached pictures of their work!
My wife and I have a smaller house with very little storage. We made the decision to buy a storage building for the back yard. We had plenty of funds to buy what we wanted - we just had to design it, have someone come and help figure out the best place to put it, and get it done. We went to a local place that I will gladly name - MOV Buildings, LLC. They came out to my house once to see where id like to put it and then never called me back. I was ready to buy. I had to be the one to call them constantly to get updates. I then decided to try NuHaus and I was thrilled with their customer service. I had the shed designed in one sitting with my salesperson, Caleb. We had decided to change the location of the shed which meant leveling the space. He said it wasnt a problem - they had a team that was a part of NuHaus that did it. I liked that - not a third-party company, an actual group with NuHaus. Caleb laid out where my money was going and even made sure to apply any discounts or sales that were going on at the time. (Being a former salesperson, I appreciate when a sales rep tries to save their customer money.) Right then and there on the phone, I bought EXACTLY what I wanted and within a week the space was prepped, and week later my beautiful buidling is delivered. Couldnt ask for a better experience. If there is anyone in the Mid-Ohio Valley that need an out building of any kind, I'll be recommending NuHaus!
Hard to put my satisfaction with this building experience into words. Very satisfied with everything from my visits to order the building to the completed building. 3 guys 4.5 hours later and I have the building. I would recommend anyone looking for a building to look there first.
