Overall seamless process. The shed turned out exactly how we designed it. Tim was great with sales and designing the shed, and Roy and his crew were great with the building portion.

My husband and I bought a shed with NuHaus and every part of the transaction was amazing! Huge shout out to Tim Murphy! He was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable with the whole process! We had bought a shed from Lowe’s and it didn’t stand a year, let alone the assembly process was a nightmare. NuHaus was night and day difference with an affordable assembled shed dropped off while we were at work and pictures sent that day to ensure a perfect fit just a week after we signed the papers. Would definitely recommend!

We love our new shed. It was a fairly easy process. The only complaint would be the changing of the scheduled dates after them being set which caused us to have to reschedule other parts. But all in all we're very happy. It was really cool to watch it being unloaded and moved into place. All by One man! We would recommend them to our friends and family

Kara, the sales representative, was very helpful in the selection process of which shed to purchase and changes to made so it would suit our needs. The delivery process of the shed was amazing to watch and went without any problems. He even leveled it on all sides and had me do a walk-through before leaving our house. The shed is very well built and better than expected.

The entire team at NuHaus Outdoors was professional , courteous , and flexible. This company is the definition of customer care. They designed the custom layout I needed and were communicative through out the process.I highly recommend them. I don't know if it is a typical timeline but on the day of install it was 30 minutes from arrival to departure. They were quick and courteous, the driver talked with me and looked over the layout and installed the shed all in 30 minutes.

I quite able to build a building, but decided to buy one if I could find a quality one. Just because it says Amish built doesn’t always mean quality. I went and looked and searched the internet for a builder. I only found one, it was NuHaus. Their quality and build is exceptional. I’m exstreamly happy with the process, the changes I made. Every thing from Kelly my salesman, to the guy that delivered it was first class. You will not go wrong with this company.

It was an absolute pleasure working with NuHaus Outdoor. Roy Keim, Caleb Wilson and a host of others made the entire experience one of the best purchases I've made in the history of our business. Their crew showed up at the crack of dawn with great equipment, sturdy professionalism, the best crew ever and with everything they needed to complete the 14X24 shed with a 6X24 porch in the same day (also included attic!). It was incredibly impressive to see the well-coordinated speed of their work and the end product was exceptional. Deeply grateful to Roy, Caleb and all the staff at NuHaus Outdoors for the outstanding product and customer service they have provided. NuHaus Outdoors (Circleville)they were really great and the gentleman who sold us the Shed Cayden thank you so much you were on it....when we couldn't get the shed in our back yard due to our fence we were going to downgrade to a smaller one but we didnt want to do that so they had suggestions and we went with assemble...they let us know they could build in our back yard the Roy gave us call and let us when they were coming to assemble the shed wow they had to cancel a few times due to weather but that was okay because finally when they came they sent 3 gentlemen to assemble the shed and I was so amazed to watch them to put it together they were awesome recommend them to everyone...Thank you Cayden and the restnof the crew deeply appreciate everything. I’m really happy with my chicken coop! The quality of the structure is great and it’s heavy. The sales person who helped me was super nice and explained all of my options, but was not pushy for a sale.

My wife and I have a smaller house with very little storage. We made the decision to buy a storage building for the back yard. We had plenty of funds to buy what we wanted - we just had to design it, have someone come and help figure out the best place to put it, and get it done. We went to a local place that I will gladly name - MOV Buildings, LLC. They came out to my house once to see where id like to put it and then never called me back. I was ready to buy. I had to be the one to call them constantly to get updates. I then decided to try NuHaus and I was thrilled with their customer service. I had the shed designed in one sitting with my salesperson, Caleb. We had decided to change the location of the shed which meant leveling the space. He said it wasnt a problem - they had a team that was a part of NuHaus that did it. I liked that - not a third-party company, an actual group with NuHaus. Caleb laid out where my money was going and even made sure to apply any discounts or sales that were going on at the time. (Being a former salesperson, I appreciate when a sales rep tries to save their customer money.) Right then and there on the phone, I bought EXACTLY what I wanted and within a week the space was prepped, and week later my beautiful buidling is delivered. Couldnt ask for a better experience. If there is anyone in the Mid-Ohio Valley that need an out building of any kind, I'll be recommending NuHaus!

I had a great experience with NuHaus from a smooth ordering process, prompt responses, the designing of a custom shed to take out what I didn't need and add what I did...all of this happened within 45 minutes of the first call and I had a transparent price. Best part was, the shed was put in production and delivered and set up within 10 days. Highly recommend!
