Customer reviews
I bought a garden hole less than a month ago and the handle shattered on me. I went to take it back and they would not give me my money back or let me exchange it. I asked him who keeps the receipt for something that is expected to last 30 years and they said they didn't know anybody that did that but that I needed a receipt in order to exchange or get my money back. The manager wouldn't even speak to me. I'll just keep using Oakland Park Nursery where they treat you much kinder
I ADORE coming to Straders! It’s my favorite nursery in Cbus 🪻🌸🍄🌼 Always a fantastic selection, sales and the staff are absolutely amazing!
The loader for mulch (etc) today was exceptional. I had a fairly large load and he was able to place it all so I cld easily remove and also I was able to put the cover back on my truck bed with ease. Very polite, very considerate. Thx
Many thanks to Penny and Emily, who found the perfect mum in the perfect color, and made the perfect bows for an Ohio State colleague’s memorial service. I’m so glad I stopped at your garden center! Your help was incredible! Thank you!
I purchase a significant amount of flowers each year and have traditionally gone to Straders in Dublin. I was very disappointed this year at the quality and variety. I went to Stader's on W Broad St and was beyond pleased at the quality and variety! The people were also much more approachable and friendly. I will ALWAYS purchase from them now.
