Wendy provided excellent customer service and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We purchased a 10 x 14 barn style shed customized to our liking. She went through all of the financing options and helped us to agree on one that suited our needs. Highly recommend!
Hometown shed really made my experience in buying my first shed really easy with the help of Wendy helped me find what was best for me from building something to looking at what she had in her lot she was really helpful and respectful through the whole process. The delivery driver was really nice we had a good conversation while he was leveling the shed also he was very careful with the shed and put it perfectly where i wanted it. Hometown Sheds of Roxboro made my shed buying experience easy and fun! Their virtual shed building software on their website has so many options. I enjoyed creating my shed with it as well as collaborating with Wendy on many of the details for it. Her experience and knowledge helped me create my perfect "Man Cave"! Wendy kept in constant email and phone contact with me throughout the process from the build to when it was ready for delivery. When they did set up the delivery of it, they called to share their concerns about the recent rainy weather and wanted to make sure that they scheduled around that weather so it would not cause any unnecessary damage to my yard. I respected that. When it was delivered, Robert took extra care to assess the grounds and ensure it was offloaded and set properly.
