I wanted to thank Carly Oquinn. I stopped in to look for a building and she went above and beyond to help me find the building to suit my needs. She was very professional and courteous. I cant thank her enough for being so helpful. Id recommend anyone to purchase a building from her.

Getting the building installed went ok, but there is absolutely no customer service or support after the fact. I made many phone calls/emails/texts to the site manager in Burlington about a warranty issue, and also needed a piece of trim that I wanted to pay for. At first, he told me repeatedly he would take care of it, and when I followed up, I was ghosted. Then I emailed one of the owners of the company 3 weeks ago and did not get a response. I also left him a voice mail. I then left two of the other corporate managers voice mails, and my calls were never returned from ANYONE.

This is my 3rd building I have purchased and remain greatly satisfied with each building. The installation was done professionally and all for a fair price. Gerrick is The Man!!!!

Never going back, never recommending. Serviceable but cut corners. My "12x32x8" is neither (a) a full 12 feet wide, nor (b) 32 feet long. My "8 foot tall walls are 92.5 inches from bottom to top plate, no double-tops. I had to shorten my 4x8 paneling. No jack studs for "home quality" windows Len (and Gerrick) worked with me out of the Asheboro office. Len tried to help me but he was clearly a short time or just tapping out. I am afraid I missed things as I did the final inspection. I suppose that falls on me. Mine was a 12x32 shed. While I have to live with the results, there were problems in the build of the shed. First of all, it is not quite 12 ft corner to corner unless you count the eaves. They did not put in double top plates, did not put in true jack studs despite having ordered premium doors and windows. What this means is that for the price of around 20 2x4s they cheaped doubt, I failed to notice the lack of striker played on one of the doors. When the shed was delivered the delivery guy lacked the driver to put in the anchors period I had to do that separately. I will never go back. I wish I had gone to the house of stars on 220 in Madison.

I worked with Ray at Hometown sheds on the purchase of my 12x16 shed recently. I actually never met Ray and did the transaction 100% over the phone, text messages and emails. The communications were great! I was very pleased with the cost and what I received. It was exactly as I expected with no surprises. There is literally a similar shed sitting beside mine on the farm that was built onsite at a cost of 2x of what I paid - and, mine looks much better! Delivery was great, ontime and they set it up in the perfect spot beside the other existing shed. Highly recommend Have already sent him additional customers Would buy from again
