Nice shed. Like it. BUYER BEWARE! Get a readable signed contract if you do the same as cash or finance! They won’t send the payment book until you have a short amount of time to pay. Then they’ll tell you a payoff amount, you’ll pay, then call back a month later saying you owe more. Mistake? Maybe. They have repoed sheds on property for a reason. Just pay cash on the spot if you like it. I bought mine in Brooksville, FL. Delivery folks were nice and did a good job. Finance company, Heartland Capital Investments, in Kentucky… not happy.

I would first say the building itself is fantastic. Customer service leaves much to be desired. The sales person hasn’t responded the set up team does not care. I am writing this 6 days after delivery. Everything was great until the set up men while having the proper location the set my garage up like a shed. The diamond platted entry is almost two feet off the ground. I am disabled so I went inside to take meds and was shocked to see they had left without notice. I called and was told next week and I would pay 150 for a return trip, and that would be next week so a thunderstorm saturated my new bad boy and another round is coming and it won’t be after that until it can be fixed. Meanwhile I am now paying for something I can’t use.

Highly recommend! The build quality is great, the 40 year warranty is amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the entire process has been very simple and stress free! The delivery driver did a great job, took great care of the building and got it level, even in our hilly yard. I couldn't be happier.

The care, attention to detail and entire process was incredible. From the original order my representative told me all the steps involved. Coordinating the delivery with a contractor to have multiple panels removed and replaced in my fence was seamless. Day of delivery I was contacted by a woman in logistics to make me aware that the door had been damaged somewhere along the way. I told her I could not reschedule and she went ahead and told the driver to deliver. The delivery person was amazing! He was communicative, prompt and professional. We discussed placement etc. He then explained the repair/replacement process for the door. Shortly after delivery I received a call from Laura to explain that she would send a replacement door and crew in 5 days to replace the damaged door. I would recommend these proper and company a million times over. I wish every company I dealt with was this courteous, pleasant, understanding and professional.
