Unfortunately we purchased a lot building and after 5 weeks of trying to get it delivered, I called to get a refund. The owner (of both shed squad and the delivery service) called me and had a list of excuses with no real apology. He informed me that I WOULD NOT receive a refund no matter what. He did finally offer to give me the block for free, but that was all I was offered. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

Kipp was very nice and after looking at many different sheds, we decided that the Shed Squad was the best bang for the buck!! Update: sad to say I have to change my rating. We ordered a ramp for the shed and it was not delivered with the shed. We have called several times now to get the ramp delivered and install and are still waiting. Poor customer service!

I have now purchased 2 sheds with porches from them. I give 5 ⭐️ because they went above and beyond for me both times! They walked me through step of the process. I’m sure I drove poor mallory and Cory nuts with all the calls checking in but not one time did they get upset and always answered my questions. I highly recommend them! Ask for Mallory!!
