I picked out a building, and paid my deposit of over $1000.00. Natural State contracts the work to a Texas outfit. I leveled the area where I was going to put the building which cost another $700.00. After several weeks the Texas crew showed up, and said they couldn't deliver and build the unit because I live on a hill. They tried a second time, same story. The Natural State owners were all but useless resolving the issue. The Texas outfit said they they would try again, but would not guarantee they wouldn't damage my driveway, which I had just had replaced, and I was having landscaping done on. I canceled the order, lost the deposit and am out almost two grand, not to mention having the aggravation of dealing with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The only positive of this experience was learning a valuable lesson about signing contracts with no deposit refunds. Clown show would best describe Natural State Building business acumen.
My husband and I were super pleased with our building. My husband worked in construction for many years and he says the quality of the building is top notch. I did some comparison shopping and their price is the best we we found. Darren was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. The building was ready in the time they told us. The delivery people came at the time they said they would and put the building right where we wanted it. I highly recommend Natural State Buildings.
Great company to get your portable building from!! They got us in , made sure we were happy with our building and got it delivered fast. Quality of the buildings are pretty nice. Also if anything is wrong they do their best to fix it!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone , bad credit no credit , you’ll leave with a building. Thanks natural state !!
If it is to good to be true than it is! I've had the run around with natural state buildings (located in Clarksville Arkansas) For 11 weeks now.... Claim to "have issues with the tubing and now out of no where have issues with metal sheets. They have crews ready to work but no work." That is what I'm constantly told. I'm not at all happy and feel completely scammed. I recommend to find a better deal else where bc my deposit is NOT refundable.
