I purchased a 24x20x8 garage building with two 9x8 garage doors from Keith, owner of Arkansas Portable Buildings. He quoted 5-6 weeks delivery and install. 5 weeks later a 3 man crew showed up at 1:00 pm, worked their butts off, at 9:15 pm they pulled out my driveway. Very professional, each man knew exactly their job. When finished in the dark, they cleaned up the job site completely! I'm 💯% pleased with the process from start to finish, beautiful building!
So far, so good. We just ordered our building from Keith Robertson. Due to the facts. Good reviews from folks who actually did business with them, Keith called me back when he said he would. He answered when I called him. He even returned emails evenings and weekends, when I was available to take care of this. He never used pressure tactics while I locked down a concrete person. He told me the price and he stuck to it. This is NOT the norm for rural Oklahoma. I will definitely update this once the product is placed on the slab. So far, I look forward to buying future buildings from Mr. Robertson and Arkansas Portable Buildings.
It was a pleasure working with Arkansas Portable Buildings. I modified my building project more than a couple times and Keith was very helpful with each version. Sometimes ordering through businesses found online you can get left up in the are as different suppliers or crews often operate independently with varying customer service and communication skills. This was not the case. It was a breath of fresh air not being hounded by seller saying buy now buy now hard close. No crazy sale tactics or bs. I never tried to haggle as his pricing was very competitive through the 4 different options I got bids from. Will definitely be reaching out to Keith from Arkansas Portable Buildings for anything they can be a part of in the future. Sterling
