Absolutely horrible manager tried to charge me extra and couldn’t tell me why then threatened to come get my stuff after only missing one payment of 100$ the guy I talked to was extremely rude and could not tell me why they tried to charge me extra … stay far far far away DO NOT I repeat DO NOT deal with them … they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with … do not go to them at all…it’s a total scam and the management is absolutely horrible any 5 star reviews they have must be paid for because this place is the worst.. who ever they have as management should be fired immediately!!!! EVERYONE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE RENT-A-CENTER ON BARTON STREET!!!!!!

Was fine up untill last year where they made me feel like a burden for dealing with them.. then they boxed me into a monthly agreement i didnt want over the weekly one I always had... to receive a used product i didnt want.... but they knew id probably accept because of the timing of the situation... and then to make it even better for over a month after i returned the item they called me asking why I wasnt paying on something I didnt have and didnt owe a penny on. When i was already upset with how they had treated me... This is exactly how you lose business.

One word.... HORRIBLE! ************************************** Okay, so all will see my original review above.... However, I had to come back and follow up as RAC decided to reply... What a joke! "We apologize...please contact our corporate headquarters"..... Okay, I did and guess what...NOTHING! Word of advise.... save your money and just go purchase what you want or need elsewhere or utilize a different company. Trashy Service..... I'm off this unprofessional ride..smh! ************************************** Okay, I'm on my next update being that after 2 months of being brushed off, promises of call backs from district Managers in RAC corporate headquarters that never happens...I did more research only to find out that RAC is selling products to customers knowing that the warranty department will not honor any of the products being sold to customers because RAC is NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER to sell their products.....UNREAL! Just the mere fact that I continue to update my review will fore warn ppl to avoid this business. Shameful company....take your business elsewhere....the realest review that you could ever read! Just sad....

I can't believe that after I've already had several products with you a young woman calls me very aggressively. with compulsive collection, at the end of the day she preferred and I don't leave an option. I am very sad that our business relationship is ended by a person who has no touch in customer service.

For some reason keeps trying to break into my house! I have paid off a 65 Inch TV with them, and a bedroom set. I currently rent a computer and a bunk bed. The bunk bed has about $200 left on it until it's paid off. I'm always on time with my payments and even the couple of times I'm not on time, I pay the late fee and extra week with no complaints. This week I can not make the full payment so I asked if I could make partial payment for the first time ever and pay the rest next week and they said no we are coming to get your stuff! Like really? I've never not paid them once. RUDE AF "customer service"!!! Stay away. I can't believe they would treat me like this after ALL the money I have given them!!! 😡 Willy is very rude.
