(edited) problem got Fix fast. got no complaints now ,.................. ..i had lease a gaming pc that had spesific specs. i returned it half way and when i picked it back up to finish paying it. they gave me a older model with weaker specs.i dont care if its used but they didnt even bother to get me the same or similar one.even tho i told them. and they clearly dont know the value of the difference between them are. i will edit this review if it gets resolved but hard to belive they would

I have been a customer for years. My latest item is a mattress. I just got it a few days ago. I have had the best sleep every night since. All the employees are friendly and the Manager, Mary. is friendly, curtious and prfessional. The store I go to is C1797 at 321 Armistice Blvd, Pawtucket, RI 02861.

Horrible staff that has no idea how to complete siimple job tasks like data entry and record keeping. The manager swears she is the end all. Asks questions and doesnt let you finish answering. Claims ur late when u clearly have bank statements. Knocking on my door with the possibility of having covid for a payment due on the same day before business ends. Not allowing a chance of sending someone to make a payment. And overcharging late fees on the day its due....Mary needs to be retrained or a new job....

Within 6 months of signing a policy, the laptop I had was not working correctly. They literally had it for MONTHS while "repairing" it , and still made me pay for it while they couldnt figure out what was wrong. They finally said they gave us a new one, but all the exact same problems were on the " new" one we got. So we had a broken laptop that was supposed to be a new, replacement. They are a bunch of liars and scam artists there. Do NOT DO BUSINESS THERE!!!

I'm an Aaron's customer that relocated from D.C. and they have been nothing but great to me and my family. I have 4 items and when I fell ill Angel, Estella and the whole staff were very understanding. Honestly the biggest problem customers make on themselves is not communicating. The delivery guys were super cool too. Great staff! I will be getting more once I pay off a couple items. Thanks again for everything!
