Staff is super friendly, Nick manager is great person professional and have knowledge for all his products. All my 5 stars for this store well organized. Did not realize my card was not going through and did not get a single phone call about it for over a month. Must be a new manager now because I’ve been harassed by phone call, I have let them know I can get a payment made tomorrow on my payday and now I have people ringing my doorbell incessantly, upsetting my child and dog. I will be contacting the authorities if they keep harassing me. I understand wanting your money but I had no idea my account was past due until recently so now I need time to play catch up, not to be harassed.
We were in a panic,needing an electric recliner asap due to surgery. After a rough start with a different RAC store, I was frantic calling pharmacies, medical supply stores and small mom&pops. All the while receiving poor customer service. To my delight, Nick, the store manager called to followup on my request to the other store. He was overly helpful, found a delivery window that worked for us and made everything “frictionless”. Thanks Jim and Colby! I highly recommend this store location and Nick, Jim and Colby! As they say, “easy, peasy”. #kaboom!
