Nothing but positive attitudes! I love it! Every phone call has a positive turn out. They helped me replace broken items free of charge! Anytime I have an issue they are quick to resolve it! Great staff great personalities.
Ya I just bought a freezer from this place for one price and they charge ya another. The sales person told us it was the sale of the day so we went to buy it out right and next thing she said oh no pay for a mo or 2 and then pay it off. So I go to pay it off and they charged me $100.00 more. Byer beware of this place, we will never go back. The sales people will rip you off and the they are ignorant. The sales girl told me today if I'm not happy bring it back. Never again, just beware.
Never buy from them. They rip you off. I called and asked for a pay off balance and they told me it was around $650. Then a few months later I asked again and they told me that it was just under 600. I asked how is it still so much when I was paying $142 a month. 6 months later I asked again how much I owe and they told me $400.19 it should have been payed off. Do the math rent a center $142 × 6 months is $852 that's a lot more than 650. Then when I went to pay the 400 they double charged me and I had to fight to get my money back.
New staff are awful. I rented a freezer through them til I could get mine fixed I was on auto pay. When my freezer was done I had the rental picked up. Between the 2 weeks management had changed. When the driver came to get the freezer he acted like it was being repossessed. I was set up on auto pay. Very unprofessional. You can definitely see the difference. I wouldn't rent or buy anything from them unless you wanted to be treated like trash.
Manager was a bit rude. Said he couldn't call me back, that the call wouldn't go through. Kept my $15 week payment for a week and never called back about the item I wanted. Asked for 6 plus references and didnt call all my references. I will be calling Monday for my $15 back & a confirmation code. If he won't return my money I will be contacting the area supervisor. Take your business to Aarons.
