Matthew is the most childish salesperson I’ve ever dealt with . He was finding any reason to give me a hard time to just rent a simple washer and dryer .

Would not recommend this place. Tried renting from there, after multiple rounds of asking for increasingly private information and an egregious down payment they then proceeded to deny my rental and took almost 4 weeks for the deposit to refund. They claimed I left a bad review at another store and thats why they canceled my service.

There staff is understanding and just awesome to deal with
My friend ordered from them and all because of a bad review given they retaliated against him and canceled his order due to the review his name is (Charlie) that’s bad business

This place is a rip off. They tell you that you're going to get something brand new, take this one for now. Then you have to keep bugging them about it. They charged my girlfriend $800 for a "new" mattress set, had her take a used one until the new one came in. She paid off the debt without ever getting the promised mattress set. They tried to do the same thing to me with a TV. I got the new one a week before I paid it off. You've been warned!
