Horrible service if I could give 0 stars I would they only got 1 because I had to choose one this store is very unprofessional the manager Nicole is rude and she needs a class on how to speak with the public. They harrass you on the same day the payment is due to remind you after the 3 rd call it the becomes threats of the police lol they then send someone to your home for $42 that’s not late until 3 days this store lacks professionalism I have since reported to the BBB and the corporate office I would recommend the upper Darby store I have spoken with the manager there and they have also agreed this store is horrible and can’t keep employees due to the rudeness of the management this one needs to be closed
First time using this location for rent a center and I must say beware!!!!! You cant even be late a day and they’ll have someone at your house harassing your for a payment when in reality they don’t understand their is legal limits on how much you can call/visit someone’s property to which it can be considered harassment, I’m already seeking legal help and plan on having this franchise shut down they treat their customers like crap, they have poor un knowledgeable employees who will literally curse you out and disrespect you, but the truth is coming to the light
Horrible customer service, management and furniture both suck. The employees are very rude, very disorganized, try to give you used furniture as new. I had multiple issues with this location. Dont waste your time with this location.
I rented a deep freezer for 1 day and the store manager, clerk, and delivery staff provided customer service that far exceeded my expectations! They were genuinely enthusiastic about helping and ensuring my experience with Rent-A-Center was one that would have me return to this location for future rental needs!
My husband owes 1 payment of $80 and they sent someone to my HOME while he was at work to threaten me to call the police and take my furniture. It was just me and my two small children home, and I don’t answer the door for anyone I don’t know. THE MAN TOLD MY NEIGHBOR he was going to call the police on ME, not my husband. All for $80!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. When we were there purchasing our couches, we heard a man threaten and scream at a client if they didn’t come pay their bill. It’s disgusting how they run business
They are rude and they have no business STALKING PEOPLE AT THEIR HOUSE LOOKING FOR THWM BECAUSE YOU ARE 3 days late paying the bill. Y’all was going to get y’all money. Now if I would come to Sharon hill location y’all place of business and show out I would be wrong smh. So yea I give them a 1 star poor customer service pulse that one guy always calling the day after you missed your payment date being rude like someone owe him directly.
