Place is a joke.. They will hound you on the payment DUE DATE knowing you get email and text reminders. They call me as soon as they open and then again a few hours later as if I didn’t get the first call and voicemail. I’ll pay you when I’m good and ready.. I have until 11:59 PM on the due date to pay you. Harassing me isn’t gonna make me pay you any sooner.
They mess up my billing constantly and the harass my family by showing up to my home and pound on doors and ring doorbells at same time. They scare my kids and are completely unprofessional
Definitely the best experience with great customer service! I have a few items and couldn't be happier. One of the associates has helped anytime i called or had questions. I recommend the Pittston location to anyone.
