This place is a joke they bang on your door and tell you to open up if your a day late they call and knock on your door they would call 2 or 3 times a day and nock atleast once to twice a day along with the calls would text us and we would respond as it says we can and still nothing then next day calls and knocks at the door harassment in my opion never again will we purchase anything from them also would say they helped us but then made us pay the full amounts then tried to say they covered it when they didnt such bad customer service and liers then once you call them out ooo wait
All the workers are great!! They work with you to get the best price on what you want. The delivery was fast and they set up everything just how I wanted it. Chelsea and Donald are awesome!
Well I wasn't happy before because I got the runaround not from Chelsea but some other employee actually screwed up my perfect non late payments because of communication!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Last minute I got a Nintendo switch for my 7 yr old sons birthday party today and when they delivered it I asked for them to toss it in a box or something so I could bring it in the house without him knowing. They actually wrapped it!!! They truly go above and beyond. Thanks guys!
From the sales manager Rob to the sales associate they were all very rude! I just moved to Pittsburgh from Georgia and they made me feel I was stupid because I didn’t know what the name of the area I lived in. I gave them the zip code (in which that should have been enough). The manager was not willing to listen or understand my concern for the aggressive tone both these men where delivering to me! The manager was worst then the sales rep. I would reconsider going to this location unless you come with caution. I wouldn’t care how close or far this store is I would go to any of the other stores just for good customer service.
Had a few issues with my order but no ones fault really because it was an online order but the fact of they were all so helpful and amazing and just so nice about it even when I was breaking down a bit for sure will always look forward to renting from here when i need something. Also amazing staff and manager. Couldnt ask for better people to deal with when my washer completely crapped out on me.
