The worst company I’ve ever experienced. They’re the rudest, most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in my life. They harass you the day a payment is due and when they come to your house the guy stays on your porch for 30 minutes repetitively knocking. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I’ve never hated anything on this planet except for rent a center. They charge over twice as much than the product is worth and are very disrespectful in the process. I filed a complaint with corporate and they could care less as well. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

They are scammers I payed my monthly on top of extra money to pay off my stuff David told me I paid off my couch and PS4 but called them today to get told no you didn't pay it off

Took my money AFTER I turned in my product. Been two weeks I still haven’t been given my money back. I’ve spoken to Rochelle several times who says it’s been given back and I’ll be called back by her boss- which has yet to happen.. ridiculous.!!!

Wow most horrible place you can get anything from I’ve had my payments every two weeks on Wednesday. They’re harassing me the same week I pay them Sarah Girl and that nasty dude Joey keep calling and harassing me when I get paid every two weeks on Wednesday saying I have late fees, then when I pay on my Wednesday, I ask and I’m tall I am caught up Threatening to come pick the stuff up it is bullshit. They get their money from me every two weeks but yet they wanna harass me. They keep that Joey, dude after he sat there, kicking on a door and making racial slurs.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Very pleasant, patient and efficient people that helped me. During the heat wave at the beginning of summer my central air broke and I needed an air conditioner asap. They were able to find me the right kind for a good price, get setup and get it to me by the next day. They saved myself and my daughter from roasting in my oven of a house. I just paid it off and now proudly own a very nice ac. I also have a washer and dryer set that they were able to quickly deliver, help me move into my home, and hook it up for me. I definitely will look to rent a center for future purchases.
