I only chose 1 star because they didn't have 1/4 ! Horrible customer service ! Didn't show up and didn't call ! Rescheduled the delivery and had to call them to see what was going on ! I requested a free month compensation for have to take off early to meet with them to no prevail ! I would never do business with them they don't respect the customer !

Received a message that I had $1477 Credit available to use on new agreement. I went online and picked out something i liked and was interested in. A few moments later i had an associate reach out to me saying the item i was interested in was "online only" and proposed a different "more expensive" item. I asked for a comparable item. They said ok. Then proceeded to tell me that that credit is only good to get a returned item from the store. That's NOT what their terms and conditions say. It reads NEW AGREEMENTS ONLY! See below: It's an EGGstreme weekend at Rent-A-Center! Hunt for hidden eggs on our website and in-store to receive 1-MONTH FREE on select items (does not reduce total cost to own). OR use $1,477.94 of your return credit to shop for other items. Txt STOP to Opt Out Poor customer service and misrepresentation of the terms and conditions.

Tried for 3 days now to get payoff on my account . Takes maybe 3 minutes to look it up on the computer . Oh wait .no the computer is down again .Happens every time I call . 2 days still no answer . Guess my business is not that important to them .😡😤
