Not recommended for anybody. Called them for a Ps5 that I got online from them. Then went in to scan drivers license and told me I had to wait 2 weeks for it. Then called them to figure out a resolution to access the ps5 earlier. Told me they would give me a call back! 4 hours later called them and all of sudden I can’t do business with them. Love the wasted time!

I was in The Meadville Store and I just wanted to say that The Manager is exceptional and although she was clearly not feeling well, She was So Nice and helped me exchange my couch to a different one. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to find me the couch I chose to replace mine with. I just wanted her to know how much I appreciated her kindness and Thank Her Again😊

Product is nice convenient way of owning something Chelsea is very good couple of the other people should learn how to communicate with people but Chelsea is awesome. I'll give her 5 stars. Took sometime to get the payment scheduled correct. This is some of my fault

Aww man they are a true blessing I read a lot of reviews about these Rent-A-Center and everybody talks about the auto pay. You don’t have to have it on all you Gotta do is turn it off and manually pay it every Time is due. Just make sure you pay it off in six months but I’ve had nothing but a great experience, Between the manager and the employees they’ve been wonderful to me. I moved into my apartment and they made sure I had something to sleep on within a week. By far a good set of employees, Keep up the good work Sincerely, Jeff
