The two men that delivered our refrigerator were amazing! Poor guys had a heck of a time fitting it through my front door and kitchen entry way, but they were so kind, patient and pleasant from start to finish. Look up who they were (Verduzco house) and give them boys a raise!!

These people are thieves Lena to be exact she took money off my card never delivered the item and won’t refund me my money. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now and they keep ducking me. Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an employee at your Leechburg, Pennsylvania location named Lena. On March 15, 2026, Lena contacted me regarding an agreement for a 98-inch Samsung TV and requested a $55 payment in order to schedule delivery. I made that payment the same day. After not hearing back, I reached out on March 17, 2026 to follow up on delivery. At that time, Lena requested an additional payment before scheduling, which raised concerns for me since I had not yet received the item. I expressed my hesitation, and after some back and forth, I requested a refund because the situation felt unclear. Lena then told me the TV could be delivered the next day if I agreed to make a $107 payment by that Saturday. Based on that assurance, I agreed, set up autopay, and was told everything was good to go, including delivery scheduling. However, on March 18, 2026, I waited all day and no delivery was made. When I called around 5 PM, Lena stated there were no drivers available and that someone would contact me the next day to reschedule. On March 19, 2026, after still receiving no communication, I reached out again and was informed by another employee that my agreement had been canceled due to a reference issue. This was never communicated to me by Lena. I was told my refund would be processed within 3 business days. On March 21, 2026, I began receiving multiple attempted charges of $107 from Rent-A-Center on my card, despite the agreement being canceled. I also received a call from another employee requesting payment and referencing delivery of an item I never received. This situation is extremely concerning due to: • Lack of communication regarding cancellation • Conflicting and misleading information • Attempted charges after cancellation • Failure to deliver an item after payment was made I am requesting: 1. Confirmation that my agreement has been fully canceled 2. Immediate refund of all payments made 3. Assurance that no further charges will be attempted 4. A review of this employee’s conduct and the handling of my account Please address this matter as soon as possible. I would appreciate written confirmation once this has been resolved. Thank you.

I was charged over$200 in late fees bc they said I owed 8$ and some change and my shoes would be paid. They never called my references and I got an email I thought it was spam. So I called rent a center and they were gonna take me to court if I didn't have the $50 settlement we agreed upon. So don't buy from them they will tell you that your all paid up and then let a few dollars build up to hundreds and threaten you with legal if you don't pay. Watch your bill very close if you do cause they will take advantage.

If you ever get the benefit plus package it doesn't help with anything. It's a waste of money. If I could rate them a zero I would. I'm currently diagnosed with stomach cancer and I had called back in February to set up whatever I needed to set up for using the benefit plus that I've been paying for since I leased the merchandise. I got told even with the benefits you still have to pay. So I was going to call the district manager but ended up sick in the hospital and was hospitalized for almost 3 weeks. Had to have surgery, then post surgery they checked to see if I was cancer free and it all came back again. Now I've been also in and out of work trying to stay afloat being a single parent. Now to today, I'm currently in the hospital again. I tried called the main office in Texas, talked to a customer service person and he said he'd set up a phone call with the district manager. So the district manager called me but I missed the call because I was in chemotherapy and puking because of the chemo. I tried to call back and got a voicemail. No return call back goes to show what kind of place this is, so cowardly, don't want to listen to the people. I understand that we sign a contract saying what the payment are I'm not trying to get out of it but damn your own benefits shows what it covers. So this morning the local store... I added all the screenshots and also their policy for sick and accident.

I got an ebike. First one they brought didn't have a key to use it. The second one was brought almost a week later and had 390 miles already on it. I had to replace the tires, front rotor, and brake pads just to make it safe to ride. I've been paying religiously on it until May when my wife and I lost our jobs. Now I'm supposed to give it back with the equipment I put on it to make it safe for use?
