The people there has been nothing but nice to me. They have made it work for me. There are nothing but great people.
Not only do they take their time to do anything they give you an attitude if you use your warranty.
Website says the delivery was supposed to be there at 5 currently 45 min later after a call to this location and they say they still need to verify even tho we have already did all that paperwork online and then when asked for a higher up he says there is none long story short we're talking to corprate as this manager had sat for hours not attempting to make this right
Richard is a good person very respectful and a hard worker. Excellent communicator and always trying to help if I do business with this company again is because of him 💯 and I recommend this place because of him.
Be careful buying stuff from them. They will charge you full price on used furniture and appliances. They will stuff they sale especially appliances are no good. The staff are rude and need more customer service training
Whatever you do don't get behind on your payment. I was moving a missed a payment because I needed the money. They called me pretending to be cops even said they were officers so and so and if I didn't pay it they were coming to arrest me. This is impersonating a cop and this is illegal
Easy to use site, Always fresh products and good prices. You can almost always find something your looking for or something similar and get it on discount / sale. It's been a little bit since I had a purchase agreement, But when I did there was NO one better to deal with then these guy's right here at Johnstown PA.
