Before getting excited for your new item(s) make sure you have a gas, electric, or water bill in your name because I guess an Internet bill isn't enough to show residency. They didn't specify this online and approved my application ahead of time, then once the item was received was when they informed me I wasn't eligible for my time. Very disheartening experience, I was looking forward to receive my new MacBook.

I had to go here to drop off an Amazon return. Nice people. Had to wait for only person trained in Amazon returns. No receipt provided. Was told email will come later. I took a picture of the guy holding my return otherwise, I would have no proof of the return.

Very professional and kind ... Just wish you did t have to pay 5x what something is worth
When our AC failed, rent a center was there to help us survive. We got a portable AC. And they picked it back up once we no longer needed it. Do yourself a favor and understand the price structure and go in with some extra time as it can be a slow process.
