I notified the store on February 9 that I moved and that the furniture was available for pickup. I provided instructions to their employee Randy, who stated it would be retrieved. Almost a month later the store is attempting to hold me responsible for charges due to their failure to retrieve the items. Communication with management Donn Anne was dismissive and unprofessional. Please avoid this location if possible.

I will say this.. the customer service was great I spoke to someone named Donna over the phone she was very helpful with helping me find my son a new bedroom set for our home. She provided me with all the details and made sure to inform me on where to look while I did an online search instead of coming in the store and how to choose an “in stock” item so that way I didn’t have any issues with delays on delivery. Me and my son’s new home is coming together thanks to the team here at this location. Thank you 🙏🏽
