They sent our majik plus membership rebate to the wrong address after verifying with them several times that they had our new address and said they had no control over it but when we fell behind on payments they had no problem sending someone out to our correct address to collect there money. And even after communicating with them multiple times that we need our due.date to a certain time every month cause of when we get paid they had zero empathy even though it's like a week difference in time. And we know that the majik plus rebate they sent was never redeemed they kept saying they would it straightened out and we are still waitinga even with them supposedly contacting corporate several times. They also install spyware onto all their computers to track you and monitor what you do and unless you know about computers or someone that does you won't get rid of it unless you reformAt the nvme ssd that's included and also it's not automatically set to run your memory at full speed you need to access bios and change it yourself.and there pcs are worth 1000 at most but they try to value them over 3600 each. They are nice at first but after that they are not very helpful the only person at Berwick that is any good or understands things is Emily. ***UPDATE** the district manager reached out to me today and will be applying the rebate to my account and also since we were in the market for a bigger TV they found one that fits our specs we wanted and even though we are outside the delivery area he promised that they would deliver it anyway for us and set it up by removing our current tv from its mount and new tv mounted and hung up. Will update when they deliver the tv and setup
