Super easy two seconds literally but I am a prior renter granted it was like ten years ago but that paid off cuz my info was all still stored badass thanks so much makes it easy when u don't have a car don't have to try to make it in there thank you so very much tried with Aaron's they said I had to go into store nope I'm good

I haven't used yet bt im sure it'll be a great experience with excellent customer service.

It was easy to find what I want and fill out the form and submit my ID and other things to verify my identity

Use any other rent a center or even better use an aarons. Don’t try to call and complain, they won’t let you file a complaint UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!!! Theres no reason a customer service company (not owned by rent a center) needs your social security number! They will claim its to verify your account, but they don’t need to verify an account to lodge a complaint. This specific store has so many issues with management. The manager here dodges any calls, is extremely rude in the face to face interactions, and holds 0 accountability, they will lie and then try to gaslight you. The secretary andrea, lies and holds no remorse over it. She fed me false info over the phone, i traveled an hour to get to the store, because she said it was ready and i was all good to go, only once i got in there, she said she lied and that they needed me to email them my paystubs (something i very very very easily could have done from home) and then just sat there and filed her nails while her bumbling manager promised to call me within two days (guess what; he hasnt) and is conveniently “not in right now” everytime i try to get ahold of the store to figure out my acceptance rate. Im now getting my email flooded with loan offers that i didnt sign up for, and im getting creditkarma notifications saying there’s new credit checks against my account, constantly. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! CHECK ANY OTHER RENT A CENTER OR BETTER YET USE AN AARONS

For me customer service is helping to explain any deals and to help the customer find what fits there lifestyle and at this location they have nailed it. I came in after renting a washer and dryer whilst they were having a half of bargain deal. I never even thought rent a center had deals this good but they did and I got my family a brand new Ashley furniture sectional couch that was priced at the best I've ever witnessed. So naturally me and my wife asked questions on the couch a TV as well as a deep freezer not only were the staff patient with us the were informative on every deal and item on the floor. We spent an hour looking around and asking questions before settling on a purchase of the Ashley furniture sectional couch they ordered a brand new one because the floor model had already benn purchased. The day it arrived the staff called and set up accomodations to deliver the sectional this was a perfect transaction.
