I purchased a bed frame today, it doesn't cost much each week, because I also have my own mattress for it, a foam mattress. I plan to pay the frame off soon, small weekly payments, also. If I choose only to rent items. I can return them. I don't ever know what circumstances I will be in, moving to a new place and not needing the items anymore or whatever, sometimes. The staff were efficient and very kind people. Also, I was able to apply for the items over the phone and they were delivered the same day, today. I signed the paperwork on the phone, esigned, then the remaining papers at my home. It was all very convenient and sometimes it takes more than one day, but it all works out for timing. They also set the items up at your own place and bring them in and out, and deliver them to you at your own convenience. They got the products out to my places quickly. They gave me very great service. The RAC in Ontario, Oregon. I received the best service ever. I've purchased items in the past from the same RAC. The last items were a washer and a dryer. Paid until the next to last payment and had to move, so returned them. The washer and the dryer worked out perfectly and didn't cost a whole lot to rent. I would recommend RAC to everyone. I will purchase everything at the RAC in the future that I need. It's very convenient and inexpensive. I appreciated it alot.

TALK ABOUT THE WORSE WAY TO WAKE UP!! Banging on my damn door like you’re the police! after dealing with sick kiddos.. NOT ACCEPTABLE! especially when I DONT RENT FROM YOU GUYS!!! what gives you the right?? Called the store and the girl Ana was even more disrespectful and definitely not understanding to the harassment I just dealt with.. (corporates words not mine).. yeah.. I called corporate for sure. I’ve rented and paid for all my stuff in the past and I will never rent nor recommend ANYONE to ever go there if this is how they treat people who don’t even rent from them. UNPROFESSIONAL. they were here looking for my sister supposedly and she moved to Arizona weeks ago. Ridiculous.

Haven’t shopped here but my boys (14, 15, 15) went on a walk and decided to stop in there for some reason lol, anyway, they said the staff was super nice to them and let them wonder around, gave them water and let them play on some football arcade game they had. Just thought that was very kind of you guys. Thanks for being kind to our kids. Much appreciated!

I went to a couple different stores in search of a king bed, stopped by and had the pleasure to work with the manager. This store is very professional, and gets straight too the point on what the customer is looking for, had a family type feel walking in. Omar and Jesus dropped the bed off and set it up quick and were very nice and clean with the work. All I gotta say is I would recommend this location for all your needs, hard finding good customer service Thanks manager! And thanks Omar and Jesus. You guys keep at it. Really appreciated all that you did for my family.
