I stupidly used this when I was poor. I still have an item I’m paying off. But here’s the truth Arron’s will sell you things that cost a fraction of what you pay for. An item that $200 in the store easily becomes a payment of $105 per month and if you miss a payment by 10 days, they will show up to your house to harass you which by the way is illegal. If you use anybody as a reference and you’re running a few days behind your payment, they will call those people every day. Do not waste your time And here. I know it’s hard to wait to get things that you need for your home but in the long run, you will be so much better off if you just wait or buy it used. These people are in the business of exploiting poor people and They know it. Once this last item is paid off, I will never step foot in Aaron store ever again. If you were thinking of going to an errand store because you need something, just save your money or look on Facebook marketplace. This store is not worth it. They will harass you.

Tried to make a purchase from Aaron’s Beaverton very unsuccessfully because they 1st did not have the couch they were advertising, eventually they “somehow” got the couch we wanted and would deliver it in 3 days. That day came and went with no phone call. When we got a hold of them the following day they apologized and said they would call us back with a follow up delivery. They did not return our call. It has now been a week since we signed papers on the couch. After calling them to figure out what there plan was they pushed it off for another week. This would put us at 2 weeks of sitting on the floor since we disposed of our old couch under the assumption our new couch would be delivered the following day. They’re customer service voice is polite however their ability to communicate and produce the results they promise is non existent. How you can successfully run a business with out being able to provide a the service paid for blows my mind. Update: eventually we had to pick up our couch ourselves and within a month it broke… currently working with them, hoping for a replacement!!

I wish I could give them negative stars!! This location in particular has got to have the most rude and incompetent employees out of any establishment I've ever encountered. The woman I spoke with over the phone was so rude, not only to me, but my references she contacted, told me how unbelievably rude she was. So rude and unprofessional that I immediately canceled my order with them. It's been over 3 weeks since then and I still have not been refunded my nearly $85 deposit. I will never do business with Aarons ever again. This has been such and ugly, horrific experience. If you have the resources to shop elsewhere, do it. You'll be saving yourself a huge headache!

Really dissapointed with the level of professionalism we have received from this company. Our automatic payments are never taken out on time. After having called numerous times to have it corrected I am always told the same thing: that it will be corrected going forward and that there were no notes left in the system noting my request. Finally, after several failed attempts I asked for my auto payments to be cancelled since I can't trust them to process payments properly. Low and behold when I check my bank account today before making my payment my payment has already been automatically withdrawn without my approval to do so. Again today I was told there were no notes left in the system and they gaurantee that it will not happen again! Sorry only goes so far when you've been told 2,3, and 4 times! Once my items are paid off I will take my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates the business and opperates in a more professional manor.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming... They all yell welcome to Aaron's, I'm sure they have to because of company policy (Subway had the same policy, but changed it up for a unique greeting... Better). My leasing experience was quick and easy. I had a small form to fill out... You need four references. They scheduled delivery for the next day & delivered on time.
