So very unprofessional.. Kelly called last week they took my payment over the phone then proceeded to call me today to let me know that they need my payment I had mentioned to him last week when I made a payment that it's going to be 2 weeks before my next check he did not care at all. He is only worried about money and not worried about it at all. He then proceeded to get very LOUD with me which made me pissed off. They are all very nice at first then after that they are not. I even mentioned to him if they call during the day and I do not answer it is because I am with a customer or I am on the phone they then went to my house banged on my door scared the shit outta my kid. Oh and not to mention that the first fridge I got from them never kept any of my food cold I had 230-240 dollars worth of groceries ruined I had asked what they planned on doing about that and they said we are sorry about that. and that it was going to take them a week to get out to my house and bring me another one. They did not care that the fridge did not seal.
Kelly is a liar he has no customer relation support he tells people one thing and does another sales defective equipment tries to stand behind it and doesn't make good on his end hung up on my wife on the phone doesn't need to be running a store at all he even forgets delivery appointments when we laid our whole side to the day to wait on them!!!
Kelly is the best. Amazon returns are super easy to get done. Also bought a new sofa chair while i was there. Wonderful service. 10/10 đź‘Ź
Most unprofessional employees I have ever communicated with. I had a promise to pay and the day that I was supposed to pay them they came and was banging on my door like they were the police for 10 minutes straight while I had my baby screaming cause he was sleeping. I called and asked why they were banging on my door when the day wasn’t even over with and he told me we bang on doors like where the police when you don’t pay. Kelly was his name horrible Service
We were excited to get our new living room set but then the wires on our chair went out so notified KELLY and we was assured it wld get fixed…so after waiting several weeks went back to see if part came in OHHH what a shocker it was in for TWO weeks no call no staff came over to fix our chair as we were told BY KELLY…well wrong part so we went back and well we will get another chair or they will fix it…AGAIN…well WRONG we waited and waited went to the store again well no part but was told by another staff they had another chair and it’s been there for about TWO WEEKS!!! So we asked for mngr KELLY to call us to let us know anything….well no call!! So we went back next day and can you believe KELLY stayed in his office and wldnt talk to us and then we were told by staff member they will have to order us ANOTHER CHAIR!! Just after being told the day before they had one!! So after paying all this time and without a chair we decided to end our lease and our business with them!! SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!! Oh and the funny thing is to this loooooong review about 5 mins after leaving the store RAC calls us and said there’s a chair they can deliver to us the NEXT DAY!! Which was funny because they just told us they would have to order us one!! It’s a joke!! I don’t blame the staff I blame the manager Kelly…this is not the way to do business!! Oh side note…we made our payments on time!!!

Ok while I haven’t bought nor rented anything from this location In a long time, I read some of these reviews, and I’m shocked by what I’ve read! So I decided to write my own review from my experience. Pretty much everything in my home I bought from the Shawnee location! And the staff that worked there while I did business there were very friendly and kind and works with us! Kelly was never rude to us and neither was staff! We paid off our stuff due to someone toxic who started going there, not business issues with RAC, DM over this location is very kind and professional! But Rude staff never , and we never got bugs from there. While we haven’t been back to rent from this location it is not because of rude staff or crappy furniture. They did call us but if you answer your phone they don’t keep calling! So idk about the rude statements! Would I rent from them again? Idk it depends! But Kelly will work with you if you just communicate with him! And not avoid their calls! I had no issues with this business at all, as I said I paid off our stuff and just never needed to rent again !
