I was with this company for over ten years and have overpaid for things for years and I am paying off my final item and have been late on payments bc of a vehicle breaking down and now they’re harassing me over 400$. I even tried to make a partial payment but they wouldn’t accept it. I would not suggest this company to anyone no matter how desperate you are and any one of my family members or friends that use them I doubt will after this. Most of them were referred by me and that was my biggest mistake bc now other people are roped into this terrible company.

They will help you if you have any problems

I was with a different company when I started leasing a Tv and a mattress. By the time Mac Sales took over I had paid off my mattress TV; however the day before I made my last payment on the TV it had stopped working. The new manager stepped into a big mess, and he managed to handle my situation properly and fairly. He got me a good deal, and I am finally satisfied with my situation, and Mac Sales. Thank you to all who helped me out during this time.

Shawna, Devin and John are outstanding. They came to my house several times with a loaner chair until John could fix mine. They went out of their way to fix my recliner in a timely manner. I love Buddy's and the staff at the Shawnee store. Thank you for always taking care of me.

Let me start off saying I pay for the warranty on my couches. The first one I picked out they weren’t “able to fit through the door” but didn’t attempt to even take the legs off on top of that they left a long scratch on my jeep. Months ago I was contacted by someone in the store I had told them that my couches were coming apart. They had told me they would call me to set up a time to pick them up. This never happened. I had tried to call myself to set up a time and it was always “we will get back to you” and then they never did. Recently a Shawna was texting me about my payment when I had already informed them twice my pay day had changed and I needed to change my payment date. They got this fixed but I then informed her AGAIN of the problems with my couches. They are FALLING APART AT THE SEAMS. For a 2.5k couch is crazyyyy!!! There is a part on my couch I informed her was from my dog and never did I ask for that specific part fixed. However my couches coming apart at the seams and starting to tear is a problem for me. She told me this was outside “normal wear and tear” well when you wait 5-6 months after the original problem occurred OF COURSE it’s gotten worse. Now I’m stuck with couches that look like trash paying hundreds a month for them while they continue to get worse even when I pay EXTRA for a Warrenty on them. Service is awful. Customer service is awful. Not helpful in any sort of means and now ignoring and dodging my calls. I feel so taken advantage of. I will be taking this to socials and filing a complaint with the BBB as this is completely unacceptable.
